01 · Materials & care
Three core materials: faceted crystals, resin and Japanese seed beads (Miyuki/Toho). Treated heavy-duty nylon thread, stainless steel or nickel-free brass clasps. Every piece is hand-woven in our atelier.
Avoid perfume, lotion, hairspray and prolonged contact with water (sea, pool, shower). Take it off before sleep and during sport. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store in the pouch we ship, flat and separate from other jewellery.
Japanese seed beads use a colour-fast finish that holds for years. Crystal and resin keep their brightness with normal care. Constant sun exposure or chemicals can still alter the finish — better avoided.
02 · Sizing
Wrap a tape measure around your wrist without tightening and add 1–1.5 cm of ease. You can also measure a bracelet you already wear. Not sure? Write us and we'll guide you.
Measure your neck where you want the choker to sit. Standard lengths: 36 cm (close-fit), 40 cm (relaxed), 42–45 cm (looser). Custom lengths on request.
03 · Shipping & delivery
Yes. We ship insured tracked from Italy. Times: 2–3 days IT, 4–6 days EU, 7–12 days rest of world. Custom pieces: add 7–14 days for crafting.
EU under €22 — exempt. Above, may apply per local rules. UK: handled at delivery. Outside EU: variable. We reimburse on a case-by-case basis if requested.
04 · Returns & repairs
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in original packaging. Custom-sized or custom-colour pieces are not refundable unless faulty.
Yes. Re-stringing beads, replacing crystals, fixing clasps. Email us photos of the damage with your order number — we'll let you know if it's repairable and what it costs.
