Shipping.

Every order ships free, insured and tracked, from our atelier in Italy. No order threshold.

Italy: 2–3 working days. European Union: 4–6 working days. United Kingdom and rest of world: 7–12 working days. Custom or made-to-order pieces: add up to 14 days for atelier work. Orders generally cover England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

You will receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves us. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it; you will never be left without recourse.

EU orders up to €22 in intrinsic value are exempt from duties and VAT under current rules. UK orders are delivered duty paid where possible. For customers outside the EU/UK, local import duties or other taxes may apply at delivery and are not paid by the Supplier — please contact us if you need clarification.

If you fail to take delivery through no fault of ours, reasonable storage and redelivery costs may be charged. Goods become your responsibility upon delivery completion or collection. Please examine your parcel before acceptance where reasonably practicable.
