Returns.

Subject to our Terms, you may cancel your order within 7 days of contract formation without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 7 days from when you (or a non-carrier third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the last item ordered.

Inform us of your decision by email at info@bblux.co.uk or by post to our trading address (166 High Street, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5AJ). Any clear written statement is enough. Sending the message before the cancellation period expires is sufficient — even if it arrives later.

Return cancelled goods to 166 High Street, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5AJ within 14 days from your cancellation communication, in undamaged condition. You bear the cost of return shipping. Goods made to your specifications, personalised, or that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery cannot be returned.

If we do not offer collection, reimbursement is issued without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or, if earlier, 14 days after you provide evidence of dispatch). Refunds use the same payment method as the original transaction. We may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and conform to description. Where the manufacturer offers a free guarantee, we pass it on at delivery — without affecting your statutory rights.
