BBLux is the work of Lucia Battiloro. Bags, charms, chokers, bracelets and phone accessories — every piece is assembled by hand in our UK atelier. Crystal, resin or Japanese seed beads: pick the material, we craft the piece.
In her words
I come from a family of artisans: handmade jewelry, across generations. What stayed with me are the slow hands and the respect for the material. Every BBLux piece is born that way.
The roots
A family of artisans making jewelry by hand, across generations. Patience, attention to detail and the slow hands all come from there. Today the atelier sits in Herne Bay, UK — and the work has shifted toward the handwoven intersection of crystal, resin and Japanese seed beads. The way of making stays the same.
What we believe
Faceted crystals, premium resin, high-grade Japanese seed beads. Every clasp, every thread, every knot is checked before it leaves the atelier.
Every bag, choker or bracelet is woven individually. Small variations in colour and light are part of the value — no two pieces are ever identical.
A single piece can take hours of work. No mass production: we measure in attention, not in units per hour.

Inside the atelier
Crystal, resin or Japanese seed beads: every material is picked, then woven by hand using techniques that demand time and precision. A mini bag can take hours, a choker an entire day. We measure in attention, not in units per hour. After your order, we reach out to define colours and details together.
Bespoke
We also make custom accessories and decorative pieces for weddings, events and private requests — beaded wedding favours, dedicated colour combinations, decorative candle holders, personalised details. Write to us to discuss your project.
